Of course, all of us feel something when we get up tp speak in front of a group. It’s entirely normal to have a feeling of excitement and anticipation, even a little nervousness. As Ronald Reagan reportedly said, “I still have butterflies, but now they fly in formation.” But for some people there is a real, problematic reaction to public speaking that can interfere with their quality of life or their job advancement.
